We’ve got a new look!

The Board and Management are very happy to announce the new South West Rocks Country Club brand. After months of collaboration and consultation with a club specialist marketing consultant, graphic designer and feedback from our members, we are proud to launch the final logo design.

As part of the future growth of the club, we look forward to introducing some exciting new experiences and services to the club that will benefit our members, team and the wider community. The new brand has been developed to transition us into this exciting future.

1. What does the logo signify?
The new logo is a part of a more modern and professional club brand and profile. It signifies what we would like our members, visitors and team to feel when they visit the club – excitement, fun and a great overall experience. The colours chosen resemble the coastal life we all love and enjoy so much and the circle pattern represents progression and excitement somewhat like a bursting firework or sun rays. The fonts chosen resemble both the professionalism and the fun and relaxed environment the club offers its members and guests.

2. What is the meaning behind the logo - what is its message?
To us, the logo is founded on living in a great coastal community and providing a fun, relaxed and enjoyable facilities and services for members and the community at large to enjoy. An organisation’s brand and logo can be interpreted many different ways to each of us. As unique individuals, we take information in and interpret colours, terminology and look and feel in different ways based on our likes and dislikes.

3. What does the tag line mean?
The ‘Come and Play’ tagline has been used by the club for the past few years and represents the club being the place to have fun, catch up with friends or family or indulge in your favourite pastime with a game of golf, bowls or tennis.

4. How much is this going to cost and is it worth it?

In order to maintain the ongoing viability of the club, its facilities and services, it’s important to progress in appeal and to attract new customers as well maintain relationships with our existing members and guests. The rebrand is a part of a wider strategic plan for the club next three years and has been budgeted for. The costs of the re-brand are minimal as the rollout will be conducted over the next 12 months. We believe this new brand and profile will benchmark the South West Rocks Country Club as one of the best clubs in the region.

5. What is the roll-out for implementation and how does that affect shirts already purchased?
The new logo will be rolled out over the next 12 months throughout all areas of the club including: marketing materials and stationery, signage, uniforms, internal document templates and promotional clothes and items. As the logo will be a phased rollout shirts already purchased can still be worn and enjoyed and once intra clubs require new uniforms these can be purchased with the new logo applied. As new items are required they will be printed with the new logo.
