Congratulations to the team at Primi Italian located on our ground floor. Primi entered their signature dish Blue Swimmer Crab Handmade Ravioli into the ClubsNSW Perfect Plate Awards earlier this year.
Whilst there was to be a large Award ceremony for all of the finalists hosted by ClubsNSW, due to the ongoing lockdowns we had to wait a little longer for the results and then the winners were announced via Zoom as most things go nowadays.
It was still exciting for all of us as we cheered from our homes as Primi Italian was announced as the winner of the Eastern Metropolitan Division which had 10 entries.
Congratulations to Goran and the team at Primi Italian who consistently create beautifully presented dishes full of the Italian flavours you would expect from a traditional Italian kitchen.
Primi Italian is one to put on the list when restrictions ease and the doors are open. Don’t forget to try their Blue Swimmer Crab Ravioli – you will not be disappointed.
