With over 20 years of hospitality experience, Symeon White is proud to lead the
opening of Coast & Clover, the new bistro at South West Rocks Country Club.
Coming from an Anglo-Mediterranean background and inspired by his travels
throughout the world, Symeon believes that great food has the power to bring people
together. The Coast & Clover menu reflects those influences, offering everything
from much-loved club favourites to dishes inspired by Mediterranean and Asian
cuisines.
The goal is simple — to create a menu with something for everyone.
Having operated venues across Sydney and regional New South Wales, Symeon
understands the importance of community in shaping a venue’s identity. The Coast &
Clover team is committed to listening, evolving, and delivering the genuine hospitality

Aroon – Executive Chef
Working alongside Symeon is Executive Chef Aroon, whose passion and creativity
are at the heart of the Coast & Clover kitchen.
Aroon loves connecting with guests and creating specials and dishes inspired by the
people he cooks for. His passion for food, attention to detail, and commitment to
going above and beyond are reflected in every plate that leaves the kitchen.
