Henry and Nathan have brought their extensive experience from Sydney to South West Rocks Country Club. The two Chefs first met in 2002 at Otto Sydney, one of the most iconic restaurants in the country. Here they worked alongside some of the best kitchen teams in Australia honing their skills.
