This is an exciting opportunity for a fit, reliable and hands on person to earn as they learn the mechanics of cellar operations within a busy, thriving club.
The Traineeship will involve study, completing a Cert III in Hospitality, a mentoring program and physical work to learn the matrix of all cellar, bar and maintenance operations throughout the club.
